具体操作： 开始---运行----cmd-----ping 174.139.57.107

开始----运行----cmd----ping 174.139.57.107

运行的是cmd命令提示符，不是直接运行ping程序；
在命令提示符窗口运行ping程序，窗口是不会消失的。
